To place an order, you need not contact us first: just send us the special "order file" that the software creates for you, following the instructions given by CaseCAD's order wizard. (The subject and text of the message will be ignored.) The subsequent routine communications with you—passing instructions to you for arranging payment, providing an estimate for the time it will take to fill your order, giving you a tracking number to follow the shipped package—will all take place in an automated fashion over the Internet.
