The interior of this case, designed by a high school student with no previous experience in computer-aided design or case customization, has pockets for an omnidirectional microphone and various accessories. As you can see, CaseCAD allows rather complex pockets to be fashioned. We use foam that is soft to the touch yet highly resilient, providing greater protection and superior appearance compared with the foam that usually comes in hard-sided cases. And with CaseCAD, it's surprisingly affordable. This insert, including resilient foam for the lid, costs just $47 more than a set of factory replacement foam for this case.
